Emilie Talpin

Emilie Talpin is an OM SYSTEM Ambassador and 3 Legged Thing Pro Team member, which is quite an accomplishment for someone who started her photography journey only a little over 7 years ago.

She grew up in France where, in 2018, she joined a local camera club and was inspired to dig deeper into the art of capturing moments in time.  Emile now lives in New Hampshire where she pursues her passion for macro, wildlife and night sky photography and video.

Emilie has been published and featured in Petapixel magazine, the Phoblographers, and websites for The Weather Channel, B & H, Adorama, Hunt’s Photo and Video, and more. She also has her own YouTube channel where she publishes educational videos every Sunday.

Kevin Adams

Kevin Adams began teaching nature photography seminars in the early 1990s and soon began leading photo tours to the North Carolina mountains to photograph waterfalls. Not long after, he published North Carolina Waterfalls and has since written and photographed nine additional books.

While workshops continue to be the heart of Kevin’s business, he felt compelled to give something back to the falling water that has permeated his soul. So, he created a nonprofit organization called Waterfall Keepers of North Carolina, the only group in the country dedicated to the waterfalls of an entire state.

The mission is “to promote and advance the cultural, economic, ecological, and historical significance of North Carolina waterfalls; to serve as an educator and advocate; and to preserve waterfalls and facilitate their enjoyment in perpetuity.” As CNPA’s 2026 Conservation Speaker, Kevin will talk about Waterfall Keepers' many initiatives while also weaving in a good bit of photography how-to and lots of waterfall images.
