Cost of Weekend: $100.00

Last date for cancellations (minus a $10 fee to recoup bank charges incurred by CNPA) is 10/13/2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date.

Hotel Room Rate: $100.00 plus tax

Members must call the hotel directly at (864)-986-6200 for room reservations. Use the reservation code "Carolinas' Nature Photography Group" to secure the discount rate. 

Outings: Some of the outings have fees.  See individual outings for fee information.

NOTE: Registrations for Photo Weekend, Outings, and Hotel must be made separately.

Weekend Overview

The photo weekend will begin Thursday afternoon with an outing to The Nuthouse (only for those who have registered for that outing). Thursday night will be registration and an overview of the weekend as well as a chance to meet with your guides. On Friday and Saturday, you will have your choice of a variety of outings led by members of the Upstate region. The weekend will wrap up on Sunday with a photo contest judged by a local professional photographer.
