Another of my favorites from IBOP, the Asian Wood Owl. Most of these birds from outside the USA have left so I was glad I had a chance to photograph this guy.

A beautiful bird and a great shot with lots of neat feather detail. Guess we won't be able to see birds like this at the International Birds of Prey Center any more. Sad - Don Wuori ie sisu

Nice color, background and sharpness detail. I also like the eye reflection--have you tried to blow that up--looks like it could be a reflection of you taking the picture.
