Gallery Question

I made a couple of mistakes when I uploaded my images to the gallery page. Great instructions but it helps if you read the instructions first. Now I can only upload 28 images to the page. Does any one know how to reset the number back to 30.

Sure enough, there was a bug in the image manager which was causing your problem. I have fixed that (I think) and you should be able to upload the rest. FYI, sorry but I clobbered your #28 image while debugging. Hope that's not a problem to upload again.

For those interested in the nitty-gritty details:

The bug was related to getting an error message on the upload form when adding new images. The program was not deleting the image that was uploaded, so when you corrected the error and tried again, another image was created. Consequently, those erroneous uploads were getting counted against your total. You probably wouldn't even notice this until the number of successful uploads + the number of erroneous uploads = 30. Then you found yourself unable to upload more images.

Any remaining erroneous upload images (for anybody) have been removed from the gallery and no additional action is required.

Thanks for the quick reply, John. Your explanation was what I was seeing on my end. My first image was numbered #03. No problem with the clobbering, I never liked #28 anyway. Just kidding.

Its interesting, I had the same experience while uploading pictures in my gallery about a week back. I was thinking that it was just me and probably something wrong with my computer. Glad to find out that the issue has been resolved!
