I really enjoyed the Summer Wildflower workshop by Les and Don. Thank you both for helping me learn so much in so short a time and thanks to the coordinators Danny & Kate for organizing this workshop. Looking forward to more such workshops in the future. I am attaching an image of a Carolina Lily that I captured.
Cheers!

Very interesting perspective. How did it work out Sunday -- we were there for Saturday but couldn't make it back on Sunday -- very sorry we missed it -- but it does give us something to look forward to in the future.:)

Hi Lynn,
Last Sunday was just perfect to indulge in any kind of photography on the BRP. The light was just right, diffused and soft, though the sun was out at times. The cloud cover certainly helped. Les and Don spent a lot of time going over some of the basic principles and though it appears to be basic, they are some very important points which I used to gloss over. So it was good to learn from the pro's directly, not to mention the fact that I kept committing the same mistakes  even during the workshop.
Happy shooting!
