Change to display order

I made a minor change to the display order for posted images. Instead of the newest reply always being first (which constantly changed the display order), the postings will maintain their sequence regardless of replies. Should be easier to spot when new images are posted.

Thanks, I think this a better way for the Image Critique forum to work. The other forums will continue to have the most recent reply make a thread go to the top of the list. That way threads with continued interest will stay at the top.

Our new website is great, you did a wonderful job designing and constructing it. For the complexity, it is a very easy website to navigate. I am very excited as I learn more and more each day about what we will be able to do here.
