Hi all, Midlands cnpa is planning a shoot at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, a site where it is easy to photograph large wading birds up close. This would more then likely include birds in breeding plumage, some on nests, some with babies and lots of opportunities for flight shots. Group will meet on Saturday May 24th even though members will likely be there shooting on Friday the 23 and into Sunday the 25th and monday the 26th. This is Memorial Day weekend. You can get by nicely here with a 300 mm lens and at times even less. There is an opportunity to get in early and stay late but only if you purchase the photo pass which is good for one year. Would love to have midlands and other cnpa regions look at this trip and would appreciate your letting me know if your interested.
