Do any of you folks have any experience with the "Dandelion chip" for upgrading old non electronic Nikkor lenses to meter with the new bodies?
Specifically I am interested in the possibility of converting a NIKON PN-11 extension tube to meter with a micro lens. I have seen a tutorial on converting the ring with the electronic contact parts from a KENKO extension tube and would consider that route just not sure I am ready to attempt it myself from the instructions I found on the web.
If you are not aware of the dandelion chips here is a link to some information on them.

More info can be found by a Google search. I would like to know if any of our members have used these devices?
