Coming up in mid January at the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens is the N.C. Piedmont Orchid Society annual show. The weekend of January 14-15-16th. will feature a large display of orchids and other exotic plants.
This event has been a good opportunity to add to one's flower photo collection as well as see all that the DSBG has to offer. There is no surcharge over the regular admission for access during normal hours ( 9 AM- 5PM ) and the DSBG is tripod friendly.
Many of the Charlotte Chapter members will be shooting and i wanted to spread the word to a wider audience if anyone is interested. Feel free to post on the Charlotte Forum thread regarding this outing if you are planning to attend.
