Foothills Region Lenoir area group will meet on Lake James eastern side boat access parking lot at 5:00PM on Nov. 13th for an outing on night photography.
Starting with sunset[5:21PM] on the lake and a small island just off shore. Moving through Civil [beginning 5:48 PM], Nautical [beginning 6:19 PM], and Astronomical Twilight [beginning 6:49 PM], we should get plenty of photo ops - if the weather cooperates.
Directions: From the Morganton US 64 / NC 18 bypass, turn onto NC 181 north. Travel to Hardee's on your left, turn left at that corner onto NC 126. Continue to Freedom High School [on left] stop light. Turn at the stop light to follow NC 126 to Lake James boat access ramp [8-10 miles].
