Annual Meeting Group Dinner Saturday

Hello Fellow Charlotte CNPA members.

If you are planning to attend the Annual meeting next month and would like to dine with fellow Charlotte CNPA members on Saturday evening, here are our plans.

With over 70 Charlotte members registered, finding a restaurant that can handle a group of our size limits the choices. We also have only 2.5 hours from the time George Lepp's presentation ends at 4:30 until we need to be back at 7:00 for the evening segment.

I have located a 4 star local restaurant with banquet rooms that can handle our group. I am told it is less than 20 minutes drive from the hotel. They can bill us as individuals or couples and also have wine and beer if you are so inclined. In the interest of time a buffet has been suggested and will contain the following. It can be set up as we arrive at 5:00 to 5:15 so we should be finished in plenty of time to not have to rush back.

-Champagne chicken in a sun dried tomato cream sauce over a bed of rice
-Homemade meatballs top with mozzarella over penne with marinara sauce
- Roasted Vegetable in a light tomato cream sauce with ziti pasta.
-Garden salad with Italian and Ranch dressing
-Herb Italian Bread

All you can eat for only 13.95 a guest

-For 1.00 extra Homemade Carrot and Chocolate Cake

Beverages and state taxes are additional. Hopefully this will be agreeable to all.
