Cades Cove Outing Slideshow

I moved this from under Debra's Cades Cove Outing forum thread, so I could more easily track who sends images.

Also if participants want to send me some of their favorite images (maybe five to ten), then I'll create an outing slide-show for the January meeting. Just resize and name them just like you did for the Members' In Action Slide-show (but of course these don't have to be of members ... they can be deer, bear, and snow).

[1] Digital Image Dimensions:
Landscape Orientation: 1620 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high
Portrait Orientation: 720 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high

[2] File Naming Convention: YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS_OutingLocation_FirstNameLastName.jpg
YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS = YearMonthDay-HourMinuteSecond (this date time stamp should be in you metadata ... with Adobe Bridge and Lightroom you see it as Date Created)
OutingLocation = place name for the specific outing
FirstNameLastName = photographer's first name and last name

Example: 20091206-074012_CadesCove_JohnSchornak.jpg

[3] No text ... the image itself should not have any credit text or copyright watermark. Each photographer will have their credit byline next to the image in the slide show.

[4] Submission Deadline to John via email by January 1, 2010

Note: I'm also making a slide-show for the Brevard Outing ... same details and same deadline. I've posted that on the Brevard Outing thread. We'll show this one in January, too.
