Well, what a wonderful time we had at out December get together. We also had several new faces. The food and fellowship was wonderful and we are getting excited about next year. We had some wonderful ideas for 2008 and the planning committee will be working on a schedule for us for next year. We hope to have the first 3 months ready for the January meeting.
Our January outing is still in the works. Hopefully we will be able to take a trip to Yawkey Preserve. Ron is working on planning this trip. It has alot of wintering birds there this time of year. As soon as we have the details finalized we will send out an email. We are trying to plan this trip for a Saturday and Sunday but not sure which ones are going to be available.
With the Christmas holiday here it will probably be closer to the New Year if not right after before we are able to finalize this information. This is another reason we are trying to plan our outings 3 months in advance so that anyone who wants to participate will be able to make arrangements to do so.
We want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and have a safe and Happy New Year. We look forward to seeing you in January 2008 for an exciting year!!
