Lazy 5 Ranch – Mooresville, NC

Meeting Time and Location:
We will meet at the Lazy 5 Ranch parking lot, pay our entrance fees, then drive through the park.
Shoot Details:
The Lazy 5 Ranch is a privately owned exotic animal drive thru park that offers a 3.5 mile safari through the gentle sloping pasturelands of Piedmont, North Carolina. While visiting, you will have the opportunity to view over 750 animals from 6 different continents. You can see these animals from the safety of your own car or call for reservations on their horse drawn wagons. Others areas of interest at the Lazy 5 Ranch include petting areas, a black smith shop, gift store, horse barn, play ground, and picnic areas. The Lazy 5 Ranch is located at 15100 Highway 150 East, Mooresville, NC, 28115.
Take I-77 north to exit 36 in Mooresville. Take a right onto Highway 150 E. Stay on Highway 150 for 10 miles and you will find the Ranch on the left. (Don't be alarmed when you pass into Rowan County. Even though the address is Mooresville they are located in Rowan County).
Outing Fee:
The entrance fee for the Ranch is $8.50 per person. The Ranch does not accept credit or debit cards so please have cash available to pay the entrance fee.
How to sign-up:
Attendance for this outing is not limited, but we can get a group discount if we have 15 people. Please sign up by sending an e-mail to treasurer@cnpa.org if you plan to attend.
