Outer Banks??

Folks,

What time of year does the Charlotte group head towards the Outer Banks? Or did I miss it somewhere?

Hello Sinclair! The only official Outer Banks outing on the calendar for this year was the CNPA Mid-year Outing that took place in January. Other than that one, we don't have anything "on the books" currently. If you're interested in heading out there, I would recommend posting something on the Forum with the specifics on when and where as several folks would probably love to join you. Hope this helps. Thanks for the info. That must have been just before I joined.

I was looking at going near the end of August to the northern part of the Outer Banks, but could be persuaded to go tot he southern part. Haven't been around there a lot, but was thinking about Currituck lighthouse and Whale Head area.

I know there are some wild horses somewhere, and tehy would be beautiful subjects, but I would also be interested in other wildlife.

Any suggestions or others who are intersted?
