Just a reminder that our April outing will be on Saturday, April 11, 2009, at Carova for sunrise. Possible photography subjects include sunrise, dunes, beach scenes, birds and horses.
We will meet at 5:30am in the parking lot at the Corolla Light Town Center. It is across from the Heritage Park and the Currituck Lighthouse. There is a parking lot in front next to the road where we all will meet.
In response to my previous email about the Carova outing, the majority of those who responded and stated they will be attending the outing preferred an all day outing. At this time, I have no confirmation/further information regarding the use of a skiff to go out in the marsh. So, we can expect it to be an all day outing, and those of us that need or want to leave earlier can do so.
For those who responded to my previous email, we have enough 4WD drivers to accommodate those who stated they needed a ride. Those who haven't responded but plan to attend the outing will need to provide their own 4WD transportation.
