I will be coming up from Georgia with my wife this Friday to visit my parents at Sunset Beach, N.C. for a week and was wondering if anyone would be free to do some photography. I would love to meet some of the CNPA members and figured the Myrtle Beach group would be the closest.

Michael, how was your visit? Wish I'd read this sooner...I'm a little ways up 17 in Leland. Find anything to shoot?

Hi Skip. Well I'm still here through Saturday this week and so far have gotten a few good shots here in the area around Sunset Beach. Went down to Huntington Beach State Park Monday and got a few bird shots as well as freezing my butt off:D . Also made a trip to Cypress Gardens S.C. on the otherside of Georgetown but found very little in the swamp. Came away with a few good butterfly images at the butterfly house. I'll post a few when I get back.

Anyway its raining today (Wednesday) so waiting that out to do some more shooting.
