Taking Flight

This juvenile male Ruby-Throated hummingbird is just getting ready to take off and fly away. I had been playing with them all afternoon and this was the best shot/setup of the day. The background is not totally black and the bird is very sharp. After I get a few more flash units I can manage the background a lot better.
