The first day the new website was launched there was a problem with the tool that will send you your user ID and password. That has been fixed so for those that tried and it didn't work please try again. The steps to use the tool are:
1) After opening the website, click on member login at the top of the page.
2) Enter the email address you received emails from CNPA in the Enter your email address or Username box, and click on GET PASSWORD
3) An email will be send immediately to your with a link that you can go to to retrieve your user ID and password.
If anyone has any problems I'll be home all weekend, send me an email and I'll be happy to help you out.
