Unknown bug

Anyone know what this is ? Found it in my neighbor's rose garden. 180 macro lens at 4.5 Focus is not quite there but I liked the colors and the background. About a 25% crop.

Have no clue what type of bug but its an attractive insect and a nice shot.

Definately a fly of some sort (Drisofola Sp? Family--been many years since entomology classes) Nice color capture of flower petal and metallic sheen on the fly.
