Buck from Cades Cove

Here is another of the deer I found on my first trip to Cades Cove. There were times when this guy was closer than my lens would focus, he was not concerned about having us close. Given the current rules at Cades Cove about not interfering with the deer I wonder if the rulemakers really know the difference between the photographers and the tourists.

Hi Sai,

I was probably around 30 feet for this shot, at times this guy was within 10 feet of me. It was an experience I'll never forget.

Great Shot! I love the out of focus foreground...much better than just leaves or grass...it adds some nice depth to the photo.
